Senior Officer, Retail Portfolio

Degree holder Business Analysis, Information Management or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in business and data analytics and contract management

Experience with Reporting and Analytics Platform including Databricks and Power BI is a plus

Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance (online and offline), including ongoing maintenance of the retail portfolio database

Develop data visualization dashboards using business intelligence platform

Maintain and enhance database data integrity and documentation for building knowledge base of M365 Copilot Agent

Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on data access, business needs understanding and data analytics insight

Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies

Support team operations through data enquiries, inter-departmental follow-ups, contract administration, licensee business performance monitoring, market research and regular reporting

Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with the team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

Proficient in MS Office applications

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
