Senior Officer - Retail Leasing

Job Overview

The job holder is responsible for handling all leasing matters for retail portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations (including inspection / handover etc.) including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work
• Carrying out daily works including cold calling, market research, rental proposal, etc.
• Prepare regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management
• Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
• Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in property leasing
• Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
• Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
• Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
