Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer (office)

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in property leasing
• Fluent Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English
• Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Experience in office leasing in PRC is a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer

LEASING OFFICER / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER (OFFICE) (REF.: WCEL)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the leasing matters for prestigious office premises in PRC
• Formulate and implement the leasing strategy
• Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies
• Liaise with local estate agents
• Prepare leasing documents and compile reports
• Conduct research and feasibility study
• Basically station in HK but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary
