Leasing Officer

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from shopping malls or landlord-side environments

• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused and results-driven

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

• Proficient in MS applications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, good connections with retailers and property agencies is preferred

• Support the marketing and leasing cycle of retail premises at Plaza Hollywood, including tenant sourcing, new lettings, tenancy negotiations, lease renewals, rent reviews and lease documentation

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of leasing strategies, and help with trade mix planning to optimise the tenant portfolio, occupancy and rental income

• Coordinate with tenants, real estate agents and business partners, follow up on leasing enquiries, and provide support for site inspections and lease negotiations

• Participate in market research, competitor analysis and rental benchmarking, and identify emerging retail trends and potential leasing opportunities

• Assist in prepare leasing reports, proposals and recommendations for management review, supporting strategic leasing decisions and trade mix planning
