Property Assistant

• Tertiary education or above

• Relevant working experience in Property Management will be an added advantage

PMC licence / 物業管理公司牌照 (C-423710)

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good PC skills including Chinese Word Processing

• Responsible for clerical support, general administrative duties, including reports and documents preparation, filing and record update
• Supportive role to day-to-day property management of a commercial / office building
• Handle tenants' enquiries and requests
