Senior Vice President, Operations

As part of the SKYTOPIA development, we are creating an iconic new entertainment destination adjacent to Hong Kong International Airport. Set to become a new super entertainment hub for Hong Kong and the region, it will bring together a diverse mix of entertainment, dining and lifestyle experiences, attracting local communities, Greater Bay Area visitors and international travellers alike.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Vice President, Operations will be responsible for leading the customer service, property management and operations functions to deliver a safe, seamless and exceptional destination experience.

• Provide executive oversight of technical services, engineering operations and tenant fit-out delivery, ensuring operational readiness, asset performance and exceptional onboarding experience for tenants and business partners.

• Drive asset stewardship and operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, sustainability, safety and regulatory compliance while creating vibrant and engaging environments for visitors and tenants.

• Champion operational innovation and creativity by introducing new service concepts, smart technologies and experience-enhancing initiatives that elevate customer engagement, destination appeal and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with different business units to support tenant onboarding, destination activations, signature events and new business initiatives that drive visitation and commercial growth.

• Lead major outsourced service contracts and partnerships, fostering accountability, continuous improvement and innovative solutions that drive service and operational excellence.

• Leverage customer insights, operational analytics and industry best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

• Build strong relationships with tenants, business partners, government authorities and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and build a world-class reputation for the destination.

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, operational and customer service excellence.

• A recognized degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• At least 15 years of leadership experience in property management, facilities management, hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments or destination management, including substantial experience managing large-scale and high-profile assets.

• Proven success in leading customer service, property management and operations functions within a sizeable shopping mall, mixed-use development or destination assets.

• Solid experience with proven track record in technical services, engineering operations, tenant fit-out management and operational readiness.

• Sound knowledge of building services, facilities management, statutory compliance, health and safety requirements, and operational standards for retail, entertainment and mixed-use developments.

• Extensive experience in contract administration, outsourced services and contractor performance management.

• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of driving operational excellence, service transformation and continuous improvement.

• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage.
