Senior Officer - Procurement

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, the Procurement Senior Officer is responsible to provide support to the Managers, conduct sourcing of new products/ services and vendors for the designated area. Handle all purchase requests in accordance to the company procurement policy and procedures. The incumbent will support the business to source IS&T related sourcing which includes all softwares subscriptions and system applications.

Primary Responsibility

- Conduct RFQs and RFPs
- Create bid analysis reports (BAR)
- Issue Pos and expedite goods deliveries
- Provide support to the Managers
- High integrity with proactive personality
- Assists in sourcing negotiation and obtain best commercial benefits
- Perform product mappings, conduct negotiation with vendors (according to LOA) and conduct site visit
- Ensure the compliance of procurement policy and procedures
- Additional responsibilities and not limited to the above list

Requirements

- Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Senior Office: 2-years experience in hospitality or related industry with procurement skills
- Officer: 1-year experience in hospitality or related industry with procurement skills is preferred
- High integrity with proactive personality
- Able to communicate with internal users and vendors
- Follow instruction and willing to learn
- Sourcing experience in IS&T is highly desired but not a MUST. Candidates with IS&T experience such as software development or IT support are welcome too.
- Work experience with Procurement system (e.g. SAP/ RedRock) will be an advantage
- Fluent in English & Chinese
