(Senior) Strategic Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Design and lead workflows that support KPay's expansion across multiple regions.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis, converting insights into actionable, measurable initiatives.
• Lead field research efforts, including customer interviews and surveys, to validate assumptions and refine strategies.
• Translate qualitative findings into quantitative data for financial modeling and strategic planning.
• Oversee and ensure effective execution of strategic plans through operational management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
• 3-6 years' experience in both strategic and operational roles, Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Analyst role.)
• Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute complex processes in ambiguous settings.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable for delivering results.
• Confident communicator, willing to challenge norms and try new approaches.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
• Willingness to take frequent travels.
• Experience in new product launches and market entry would be highly preferred.
