Senior Specialist (Digital Loan Operations)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-focused Digital Loan Operations specialist to join our fast-growing KFund team. As part of the KPay ecosystem, KFund provides merchants with access to loan options through data-driven partnerships. In this role, you will manage daily operations, support partner communications, assist with digital growth initiatives, and contribute to achieving business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the KFund marketplace, streamline procedures, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and merchant experience.
• Oversee partner relationships, including communications, data reconciliation, and settlement support, ensuring smooth collaboration and supporting related projects.
• Assist in planning and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance to optimize results.
• Analyze business and partner data to generate insights that support product development, risk management, and market strategy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of operations experience in online lending, credit departments, FinTech, or digital banking; experience with loan product operations is a plus.
• Strong process management and optimization skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of compliance in financial services.
