Senior Leasing Officer

Experience Requirement: 6 Years

Computer Application: Skilled

Qualifications Requirement: Degree

Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent　English / General　Mandarin / General 　

- Tenancy administration for the group's premises; review lease agreements, handle in leasing activities, managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with local authorities, agents, contractor and other business contacts, and conduct market research
- Responsible for the renovation projects, planning & scheduling and design coordination
- Oversee renovation, repair and maintenance and to ensure all building related rules and regulations are met
- Possess strong negotiation skills and solid experience in acquisition and disposal of property
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

- University degree in property management or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem solving ability
- Independent, self-motivated and organizing skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good understanding of the property market
- Proficient in property regulations and compliances issues
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power-point and Chinese Word Processing
- Occasional traveling if needed
