Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas
• To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction
• To control closely the consumption of material by tradesmen of his section
• To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performed by his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material
• To supervise personally all hazardous works, including working at height, and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, property management, or building management in a similar capacity is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering and Architecture, Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or other related fields
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese/English. Preferably understand and able to communicate in basic Mandarin
• Knowledge in PC skills, AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
