Commercial Analytics Officer

You are expected to support data-driven decision making by providing business intelligence, commercial analysis, and performance reporting. The role is responsible for transforming business and market data into actionable insights, developing dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate and analyze business, sales, revenue and market data
\r\n
• Prepare reports to support business performance monitoring and decision-making
\r\n
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track key business performance indicators
\r\n
• Identify trends, opportunities and business issues through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
\r\n
• Support commercial, sales, marketing and revenue management teams with data insights and analysis
\r\n
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and performance metrics
\r\n
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
\r\n
• Any ad-hoc duty as per assigned
\r\n

Requirements:

• Holder of bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related disciplines 
\r\n
• Experience in airline, travel or aviation industry is an advantage
\r\n
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, academic exposure to data analytics, and a keen interest in the aviation industry are also welcome
\r\n
• Good understanding of airline commercial operations, reservation and ticketing systems is preferred
\r\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
\r\n
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of Power Query, Python or other analytics tools is an advantage
\r\n
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
\r\n
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
