Job Summary

As an Executive at the Unsecured Lending Centre in Standard Chartered Bank, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives and sales targets through outbound calls and face-to-face customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve business objectives and sales targets through outbound calls and face-to-face customer interactions
Manage sales-related enquiries during outbound activities
Serve as off-site Sales Consultants when required
Identify business opportunities from branch walk-in customers
Manage sales-related enquiries during inbound calls
Coordinate in-bank cross-team referrals

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or call center roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred
