SENIOR LEASING OFFICER (RETAIL) (REF.: HLL)

Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of RETAIL premises including Times Square & Plaza Hollywood

• Formulate the leasing strategy and assist in trade mix planning

• Liaise with tenants and real estate agents

• Analyze market trends

• Prepare leasing reports

Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines

• At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises

• Presentable, proactive, and highly motivated

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

• Proficient in MS applications
