Product Manager, Retail Banking

• Independently drive the planning and iteration of retail products (covering Deposits, Payments, Foreign Exchange, Cross-border services, etc.), managing the full lifecycle from requirement discovery to launch and go-live.
• Deeply understand user needs and business objectives; produce high-quality product proposals, PRDs, and prototypes; facilitate efficient collaboration across Design, Development, QA, and Operations teams.
• Adopt a data-driven decision-making approach-continuously monitor core product metrics, and leverage A/B testing, user research, and other methods to optimise product experience and business outcomes.
• Work closely with internal support functions including Compliance, Risk Management, and Finance to drive product innovation and rapid delivery within the regulatory framework.
