Retail Experience Officer

Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines

1 year of working experience in marketing/ CRM management

Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Strong initiative and follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and ever-changing marketing environment

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Excellent command of written English and Chinese

Implement thematic campaigns and segment-targeted promotions, including marketing material development, member communications, and coordination with tenants, internal stakeholders, and agencies

Assist in the operation and monitor the usage, service, and performance of Premium Membership and Personal Shopper Services

Coordinate with research agencies to conduct market research and customer surveys, and analyse customer insights to support business planning and customer experience enhancement

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to the development of HKairport Rewards and customer experience enhancement
