Experience in FMCG, retail, or media environments is an absolute advantage.Practical understanding of digital advertising platforms, tracking parameters (UTM), and e-commerce campaign workflows.Exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a high standard for operational accuracy.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with strong cross-functional coordination skills.

Formulate and execute integrated digital campaigns across performance marketing channels to drive app and site traffic, customer acquisition, and retention.

Manage advertising campaigns and e-commerce activations from setup and content coordination to go-live execution and post-launch monitoring.

Manage e-commerce promotional content and handle communications for regular pre-order promotions across relevant digital platforms.

Work closely with digital product teams to improve App UI/UX. Track campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and deliver actionable

insights for continuous optimization.

Coordinate seamlessly with Commercial and Digital teams, as well as external agencies, ensuring clear execution timelines and execution quality.

Maintain campaign trackers, pre-launch QA checklists, and operational documentation to guarantee flawless execution.
