Manager - Business Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.

Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Advanced analytical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

Strong knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.

Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels.

Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.

Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, MBA, or a related field.

Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced statistical modeling.

Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.

Experience in digital transformation or enterprise analytics initiatives.

Lead the development and execution of business analytics strategies that support organizational objectives.

Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.

Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Drive data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization initiatives.

Manage forecasting, business performance tracking, and KPI reporting processes.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.

Collaborate with IT, business team, and other departments to enhance data accessibility and business intelligence capabilities.

Lead, mentor, and develop analytics team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
