Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.

Coordinate product enhancement requests, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and project activities across different teams.

Prepare product requirements, test cases and related documentation.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate issue resolution.

Conduct product launches, user training and adoption activities.

Perform market research, competitor analysis and business analysis to support product planning.
