Technical Officer

Job Scopes

• Serves as Level 2 support handling the full lifecycle of dispatched tickets via hands-on and remote support.

• Performs Move/Add/Change/Delete (MACD) services, patch management, hardware/software deployment, and yearly preventive maintenance.

Job Requirement

- Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of solid working experience providing Level 2 end-user support.

- Qualified to independently resolve in-scope issues.

- Experience handling MACD, software deployment, and patch management.

- Ability to act as "remote hands and eyes" for Level 3 specialists.

- Must support users in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

- Working Windows: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 19:00; Sat, 08:00 - 14:00

- Working Location: Customer Office
