Business Intelligence Analyst

This role plays a key part in transforming data into meaningful insights that guide smarter business decisions and strengthen our O+O (Offline + Online) ecosystem. By ensuring high-quality, reliable data and translating it into actionable intelligence, you help teams better understand customers and suppliers-ultimately putting a smile on customers' faces through more informed, data-driven experiences.

• Facilitate data mapping and integration to ensure accurate alignment with supplier profiles using a data-driven approach
• Oversee supplier brand confirmation processes to maintain strong data integrity and quality standards
• Partner closely with business units, promoting collaboration as a way of working to support data cleansing and quality assurance
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling clear and impactful data visualization for business insights
• Provide analytical support to users, guiding them with a customer-focused mindset to uncover meaningful conclusions
• Support data monetization initiatives by translating data into business value
• Coordinate and support UAT processes to ensure smooth delivery of data-related projects
• Elevate data quality and reliability to support confident decision-making across the business
• Drive smarter, insight-led decisions by delivering clear and actionable analytics
