What we're looking for
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical techniques, data manipulation, Python, SQL and ML libraries
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks or similar

The role
In this role, you will drive high-impact AI initiatives that solve real business challenges through data and innovation. By applying a scientific and data‑driven approach to machine learning, you will shape intelligent capabilities across our O+O (Offline + Online) business model - ultimately putting a smile on customers' faces through seamless, personalised experiences.
What you'll do
- Design, build and continuously refine machine learning models using a scientific and data‑driven approach across structured and unstructured data
- Partner closely with stakeholders, embracing collaboration as our way of working to identify and prioritise impactful use cases
- Translate complex data science outputs into clear, actionable insights across our O+O business model
- Monitor, evaluate and optimise AI solutions to ensure strong business value with a customer‑focused mindset
- Stay up to date with advancements in ML and GenAI, bringing innovative ideas into real-world applications
- Deliver scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Turn data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions
- Enhance customer journeys across offline and online touchpoints
- Champion data-driven experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities
- Contribute to building next-generation AI capabilities within the organisation
