Logistic Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Operation of the Department's Distribution Unit and mixer truck fleet in the capacities of concrete order taking and concrete transportation;
• Support Assistant Production Manger to maintain or develop business relationships with customers / business partners / suppliers;
• Manage daily operation of Distribution Unit and supervise clerks / foremen to perform duties as directed by Assistant Production Manager;
• Liaise with customers to arrange concrete orders to optimize production efficiency, or arrange backup supply from approved external concrete suppliers;
• Manage resources to ensure sufficient raw materials and mixer trucks available to meet customers' delivery requirement;
• Communicate with customers to obtain advance concrete demand information and assist in preparation of production forecast and associated analysis;
• Handle customers' complaints by taking appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred;
• At least 5 years experience in the leading concrete or construction companies;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure;
• Good commercial and contractual acumen;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
