Management Accountant

Responsibilities

Reporting to Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team of three accounting officers and will act as the main point of contact for F&B and Retail. S/he will be responsible for all finance area of F&B and Retail operations including inventory management, interface between POS and SAP, dealing with vendors for settlement etc. S/he will also help prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast for the Park. Besides, s/he will assist the Assistant Finance Manager in annual budgeting, year-end audit, and ERP implementation project. S/he will also assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, CPA is preferred

- Minimum 5 years' related working experience with exposure in Audit/F&B/Retail is a plus

- Prepare management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast

- Assist in annual budgeting and year-end audit

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and with knowledge of SAP will be advantageous

- Experience in ERP implementation will be advantageous

- Team player and able to meet tight deadlines

- Proactive, analytical and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of both English and Cantonese

- Immediate or short notice availability is highly preferred
