Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop OPCFHK's website and maintain the information is up-to-date and accurate
• Drive traffic to OPCFHK's website and strength the presence in social media
• Manage and use Facebook, Instagram or other channels as an effective communication tool to engage general public
• Work with service providers to develop OPCFHK's publication such as Annual Report, e-newsletter, eDM
• Develop speeches and talking points for spokespersons, editor's column, etc
• Work with different team members to consolidate relevant raw materials for publications, support in advocacy work

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Communication / Public Relations / Marketing preferably in Non-profit organization
• Excellent written skills in English and Chinese
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team, multi-tasking
