Assistant Promotions & Marketing Manager

• University graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines
• With at least 5 years' relevant working experience
• Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills
• Be resourceful, innovative and of positive working attitude
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Based in Hong Kong but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Promotions & Marketing Officer

• Proficiency in using digital platforms for promotion (e.g., social media, online advertising). Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and productivity enhancement is preferred

• Plan and implement marketing strategies for the leasing of prime office premises and apartments in PRC
• Organize promotional and public relations activities as well as liaise with different stakeholders for successful execution
• Design and produce marketing collaterals to tie in with the latest promotional campaigns
• Accountable for budget and cost control. Manage vendors and agencies, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports
