CRM Analyst

• Solid knowledge and experience in advanced data analytics experience, preferably in retailing/FMCG
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
• Proficient in Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL Server
• Proven experience in Tableau/PowerBI
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business and marketing acumen

• Knowledge in R/Python will be advantage
• Experience working with GA or Clickstream data will be advantage

This position will report to the CRM Manager and support the development of CRM‑related insights, including dashboard visualization and segmentation. Additionally, it will provide customer insights and implications from CRM analysis to drive further business development. Putting a smile on customers' faces sits at the heart of the role as you transform data into meaningful actions that elevate customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with different departments and across business units in Asia to understand business needs and provide analytics solution, demonstrating collaboration as our way of working
• Support in Dashboard development including requirement collection, data model & dashboard design, and a scientific and data driven approach
• Deliver a holistic view of the customer journey by integrating CRM data with other commercial data sources, such as Google Analytics, enabling insights that enhance our O+O (Offline + Online) business model
• Providing customer insights with a strong customer‑focused mindset to drive actionable business recommendations
• Work closely with IT department for data issue & script automation
