As close support to Director, assist in matters under Corporate Office; particularly in -

• Prepare comprehensive analysis and presentation materials

• Review and analyse annual planning submissions and budgets

• Review and analyse periodic operations reports to Management

• Support the implementation of key corporate projects by tracking milestones, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely completion

• Collaborate with various departments to gather business information, facilitate task meetings, and ensure effective communication across teams

• Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required

• University degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 4 years' relevant working experience gained in sizable organizations, preferably with experience in leasing field

• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Putonghua

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving business needs

• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly

• A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude
