As a Business Analyst, you play a critical role in enabling smarter business decisions through timely, relevant, and data‑driven insights. Acting as a trusted finance business partner, you help leaders understand performance, navigate complexity, and deliver strategic outcomes-ultimately putting a smile on customers' faces by supporting a seamless O+O (Offline + Online) business experience.
What you'll do
- Translate business performance into clear insights through regular sales and financial reporting
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with compelling, insight‑led presentations
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams, collaborating as our way of working
- Evaluate investment proposals and provide fact‑based recommendations
- Apply a scientific, data‑driven approach to ad hoc analysis that supports strategic decisions
